🔪 Instructions
Heat a large tortilla in the microwave for 30 seconds to make it pliable.

Roll up the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to create a wrap.
Serve with pesto mayo for dipping.
👩🏼🍳 Chef's Tip
- The best way to roll wraps is like wrapping a burrito. Once all of the ingredients are in place, gently fold up the tortilla from the bottom about a quarter of the way and then overlap left to right. Folding up from the bottom keeps all the goodies inside!
📖 Substitutions & Variations
- Gluten-Free Variation: Swap the large tortilla with gluten-free tortillas or lettuce wraps, ensuring all other ingredients are gluten-free certified.
- Wrap to Bread Substitution: Replace the large tortilla with sandwich bread slices or gluten-free bread for a more traditional sandwich-style presentation.
- Sauce Variation: Experiment with different sauces like hummus, tzatziki, barbecue sauce, or honey mustard instead of pesto sauce for diverse flavor profiles.
- Toppings Variation: Customize the wrap with alternative toppings such as sliced avocado, roasted bell peppers, caramelized onions, pickles, or crispy bacon to suit individual taste preferences.
- Vegetarian Option: Substitute the deli turkey meat with grilled tofu, chickpea salad, or marinated portobello mushrooms for a flavorful vegetarian alternative.
