Wonton soup enjoys widespread popularity year-round, particularly during colder seasons for its comforting warmth. It's a staple dish in Chinese cuisine, often served during special occasions like Chinese New Year, symbolizing good fortune and happiness.

The wontons in this dish are sourced from Costco, but feel free to use any brand of frozen wontons or get creative and make your own from scratch!

This was inspired by my crab wontons, and pairs well with my homemade chili crisp recipe. Looking for more hearty soup recipes? Try my Ribollita Toscana, Carrot and Lentil Soup and Bacon Lentil Soup.

    Instructions
