Ingredients
- 2 pounds Fresh Ahi cubed
- 1 tablespoon Sea Salt
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger minced
- 2 tablespoon Shoyu or Soy Sauce
- ยฝ tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sambal or Chili Sauce
- ยฝ cup Onions diced
- 5 Scallions chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Cut the fresh ahi into cubes and place them in a bowl.
- Season the tuna with sea salt, ensuring it's evenly distributed, and let it cure for 5-10 minutes.
- Add the minced ginger to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
