Classic Bloody Mary with City Pier Seafood Bacon Wrapped Scallops
It's almost the holiday weekend and I for one can't wait to enjoy a delicious Bloody Mary! I've created a simple and classic bloody Mary recipe for you to enjoy this weekend. Feel free to spice it up or spice it down to your liking. The one thing I recommend you don't skip on is garnishing with City Pier Seafood Bacon Wrapped Scallops. These yummy treats are delivered frozen and then you simply pop them in the broiler for a few minutes and they are perfectly crispy and delicious! Don't miss out on trying these!ย

Ingredients
- ยพ Cup Spicy Vegetable Juice such as V-8
- 1 ยฝ oz. Vodka
- 3 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Dash Hot Pepper Sauce Such as Tabasco
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
- City Pier Seafood Bacon Wrapped Scallops
- Lime
- Celery Stalk
- Seasoned Salt Such as Tajin
Instructions
- Salt the rim of a glass. To do so, pour Seasoned Salt onto a small plate, moisten the rim of the glass on a damp towel (or with a slice of lime) and press into the Seasoned Salt. Fill the glass with ice cubes.ย
- In a cocktail mixer full of ice, combine the Vodka, Vegetable Juice, Worcestershire Sauce, Hot Pepper Sauce, Salt, and Pepper. Shake vigorously and strain the liquid into the glass.ย
- Garnish with a Celery Stalk, Lime slices, and cooked City Pier Seafood Bacon Wrapped Scallops.ย
