Turkey Pesto Wrap

Delicious turkey pesto wrap, easy at home or on-the-go lunch, filled with turkey, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes & pesto! Yum!

Ingredients

  • One LARGE tortilla the bigger the better!
  • Store-Bought Pesto
  • Deli Turkey Meat I used deli meat from Diestel Family Ranch
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • Butter Lettuce
  • Pesto Mayo For dipping

Instructions

  • Heat up your tortilla in the microwave for 30 seconds to help make it pliable.
  • Add a heaping spoonful of pesto to the center of the tortilla.
  • Layer turkey meat over the pesto.
  • Add mozzarella cheese on top of the turkey.
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes on top of the mozzarella.
  • Top with butter lettuce.
  • Roll or fold your desired way. I fold one side over the ingredients, then fold in the sides, and then roll it over and wrap in parchment paper.

Notes

Storage: Wrap tightly and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Reheating: Microwave for 1-2 minutes after bringing to room temperature.
Freezing: Wrap tightly and freeze for up to 1 month. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
