Heat up your tortilla in the microwave for 30 seconds to help make it pliable.
Add a heaping spoonful of pesto to the center of the tortilla.
Layer turkey meat over the pesto.
Add mozzarella cheese on top of the turkey.
Add sun-dried tomatoes on top of the mozzarella.
Top with butter lettuce.
Roll or fold your desired way. I fold one side over the ingredients, then fold in the sides, and then roll it over and wrap in parchment paper.
