Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple cubed
  • 1 cup mango cubed
  • ½ red onion diced
  • ½ red bell pepper diced
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro minced
  • 1 to 2 limes squeezed
  • 1 to 2 pinches of salt

Instructions

  • Chop, dice, and mince all the ingredients as specified.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cubed pineapple, cubed mango, diced red onion, diced red bell pepper, diced jalapeno, minced cilantro, and the juice of 1 to 2 limes.
  • Add 1 to 2 pinches of salt to taste.
  • Stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • You can serve the salsa right away, but for the best flavor, cover the bowl and refrigerate it for at least one hour.
