Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup lavender flowers
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  • Place lavender flowers in a pitcher.
  • Pour boiling water over the lavender flowers.
  • Cover the pitcher with plastic wrap and allow the lavender to steep for 10 minutes.
  • After steeping, strain and discard the lavender flowers, returning the water to the pitcher.
  • Add cold water, lemon juice, and sugar to the pitcher.
  • Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Refrigerate the lavender lemonade until ready to serve.
  • Serve chilled over ice cubes in glasses.
  • Optional: Garnish with lemon slices or fresh lavender sprigs for presentation.
