Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Set to the side (add a drizzle of oil or a pat of butter to prevent the noodles from sticking together.)
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the butter. Let the butter fully melt and become frothy. Once the bubbling stops, add in the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
To the garlic butter, add your shrimp and spices. Cook, stirring often, until the shrimp are fully cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Add in the chicken stock and cooked ramen noodles, toss to coat. Let simmer for 1 minute to let the sauce become creamy and thick.
