Game Day Baked Ranch Cheese Crackers

Besides these crackers being SOOOOO good - they are also a budget friendly game day option. I originally set out to make a Chex mix for you, but with the rising costs of food, buying 3 boxes of cereal added up quick. Thus this recipe was born. All you need is a box of cheese crackers and dry ranch seasoning (use a generic brand if you'd like!) and then you can use spices you have already in the house to make this yummy treat. I highly recommend eating them right out of the oven while they are warm! (Go Rams!)

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Cheese Crackers
  • 1 Packet Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Dill Weed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ Cup Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F and place Cheese Crackers on a prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the Cheese Crackers. Toss with hands and coat well.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  • Best served warm, but can store in a resealable bag or container for a few days!
