1 loaf baguette cut into ½-inch thick slices, about 30 to 36 slices ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil for brushing and drizzling salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 5 Roma tomatoes sliced 1 ¼ pounds fresh mozzarella sliced 1 bunch fresh basil leaves stemmed ¼ Cup balsamic glaze for drizzling

Prepare the bread: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil.
Toast the crostini: Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Assemble: Top each toasted baguette slice with a slice of fresh mozzarella, followed by a slice of Roma tomato.
Season: Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
