Ingredients

  • 1 pound calamari (cleaned and cut into rings)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs preferably Italian seasoned
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for heat
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the Calamari: Rinse the calamari under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
