What You'll Need to make Sautéed Bok Choy
- 1 tablespoon oil - I used olive oil, but you can use canola or vegetable oil
- 1 head bok choy, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce - you can also use tamari or liquid aminos
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds - you can also use everything bagel seasoning
How to make Sautéed Bok Choy
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Once hot add oil and then add cut bok choy, cut side down. Sauté for for 2-3 minutes. Flip and sauté and additional minute. Remove bok choy to a serving plate.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Can I use more than one head of bok choy?
Make as many as you'd like! Use a bigger pan or cook in batches!
How to a make the bok choy more tender?
You can boil the bok choy before or let it sauté a couple minutes longer. I like the leaves tender and the stalk al dente, but cook it to your preference.
