Currywurst & Baked Frites
It's time to celebrate one of my favorite times of year - Oktoberfest! In 2019, my husband and I had the pleasure of celebrating Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany and it was one of the best times of our lives!!! To celebrate what would be opening weekend of Oktoberfest (cancelled due to Covid this year,) I made this yummy recipes of currywurst. You can find currywurst at almost every single food stand in Munich and I'm so happy that I was able to recreate it and bring it to my dinner table. So pour a cold German lager and make this yummy German dinner! Prost!

Instructions

- Bake for 20 minutes. Turn the oven up to 425° and cook fries until golden, about 20-25 minutes more.
